It is designed to help staff and leadership quickly access organizational data without spending hours on manual database queries, analysis, and report writing. The main aim is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making by allowing users to request reports or insights through a chatbot interface. The system can retrieve information from donor management systems, ERP modules, and internal reporting platforms, then present it in a clear and usable format. Its benefits include saving time, reducing workload, improving report consistency, supporting data-driven planning, and making important organizational information more accessible for executives and staff across different departments and functions.
